Thoroughly enjoyed modern rooms!

I had a very good stay, with location near 5th Avenue for a good price. It had a magnificent and unbeatable setting close enough to all the restaurants / bars and beach and bus and the port for Cozumel, the ADO bus station and all the restaurants/bars on the strip...

the room was clean and modern, with a beautiful view of 5th Ave. We loved sitting on the balcony and enjoying the music from the nearby bars. the owner's store next to the entrance made check, in easy, and the staff were helpful in guiding us to the right direction. the location was perfect, just a short walk from the ADO terminal and close to the ferry. the apartment was well, equipped and comfortable, with cold A/C and hot water. We were impressed with the accommodations and would definitely book here again. Cons: Nothing, all excellent 👍.

wanted to see playa del carmen popular places and this apartment was excellent base for exploring most of them. and thanks to its central location it was not far from the ado bus terminal, 5th avenue, and ado bus station.

The room was as described, spacious and comfortable, with a large king bed and two sofa beds. The AC worked well and kept the room cool at all times. The bathroom was clean and the TV had cable and streaming service options. I loved having two balconies, one with a view of the street and a partial city view. the location was excellent, just one block from the bus station, three blocks from the ferry, and two blocks from the beach.

The difficulty in finding the hotel, as there was no signage and the reception was tucked away inside a shop. there was some noise from the bars below until midnight, so it might not be ideal for families with children or those seeking an early night.

This place is a great spot for exploring the area, and the apartment provides a peaceful atmosphere with a good shower and comfortable bath sheets in the bathroom.

We had a very good stay in Playa del Carmen close to ferry, the main attractions, ADO bus station. Central location was a plus, quiet atmosphere.

This hotel is conveniently located near 5th Avenue, making it a great choice for those looking to explore the main attractions. the hotel is just a block from the beach, providing easy access to the beautiful coastline. the rooms are clean and well-equipped with kitchenettes and air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable stay.

Some guests have reported issues with the hot water and air conditioning, which can be a drawback.

The room provided ample privacy, was impeccably clean, had a functional kitchenette, fridge. All amenities worked seamlessly, making it an excellent choice for a peaceful and private stay.

We found the location of Paz-2 Norte Estudios to be very convenient with easy access to nearby restaurants and local shops. The room itself was spacious and had a balcony with a great view of the 5th Av Boulevard and the Ocean. Mr. Eduardo, who checked us in, was professional and courteous. The room had a comfortable king bed, two sofa beds, and a clean bathroom. The AC worked well, and the TV had cable and the option to log into streaming services like Netflix. The balconies were a lovely addition, and we enjoyed breakfast with a view. The fridge was useful for storing perishables, and the toaster oven came in handy. The windows did a good job at keeping outside noise to a minimum, and we even enjoyed hearing the music from nearby parties.
